We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative
Job Advertising & Social Media Administrator
to support our recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for developing compelling, compliant job advertisements, producing marketing materials for recruitment campaigns, managing relationships with job boards and vendors, and supporting social media engagement aligned with organizational messaging. The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills with marketing awareness, organizational discipline, and the ability to execute under direction.

About the Position
Job Advertising & Copywriting
Write clear, engaging, and compliant job advertisements aligned with company branding and legal guidelines.
Ensure all job postings meet regulatory, internal policy, and platform-specific requirements.
Optimize job descriptions for visibility and candidate engagement across various job boards.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to accurately reflect role requirements and expectations.
Recruitment Marketing Support
Design and produce recruiting flyers, digital assets, and promotional materials.
Assist in executing recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all recruiting materials.
Support special hiring initiatives, events, and campaigns.
Vendor & Job Board Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and external job boards/vendors.
Manage job postings, updates, and renewals across platforms.
Troubleshoot posting issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors.
Track performance metrics and provide insights on posting effectiveness.
Social Media Administration
Monitor company social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement.
Respond to inquiries and comments based on guidance from management.
Escalate sensitive or complex issues appropriately.
Assist in scheduling and publishing recruiting-related content.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, social media management, or job advertising.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with employment compliance considerations in job postings.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
Knowledge of major job boards and social media platforms.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Creative thinking with strong attention to compliance and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills and responsiveness to direction.
