MARKETING | MAKING THINGS BETTER BY MAKING BETTER THINGS.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Marketing matters here at Lakeshirts and visuals are at the heart of how we tell our story. From product photography to scroll-stopping content, we use imagery, design, and emerging tools like AI to show why Life's Better in a T-Shirt.
We're looking for someone with a background in graphic design and photo editing to join our team as a Marketing Designer & Image Specialist that helps create, refine, and elevate our visual content across channels. A core part of this role is ensuring our product imagery is consistently high quality and on brand, from precise image clipping to accurate color correction that brings our products to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in the details and thrives in both execution and creation. Throughout the year, the role will flex based on business needs. During key seasons the focus will be on high volume image production and image team support, which is the primary focus, and at other times it will shift toward broader content creation. We are also actively exploring how AI can enhance our workflows, and this role will help push that forward.
You'll work across marketing channels which may including email, catalogs, sales tools, socials and more. Helping turn great products into compelling visual stories that support engagement and sales. This role partners with the broader marketing team to create marketing materials for the broader organization. If you love creating, improving, and bringing ideas to life, hop on the t-shirt train. It's a pretty great ride.
