Role Overview

The Business Development & Sales Manager will

drive revenue growth

and lead the commercial deployment of

autonomous surveillance and inspection technology . This role requires managing the

entire sales cycle -from

lead generation to deal closure -and working independently to build strategic partnerships and develop new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the

entire sales process

from prospecting, pitching, and negotiating to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships.
Maintain a

robust sales pipeline

and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and develop

market entry strategies .
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to create

strategic partnerships

and drive long-term revenue streams.
Account Management:

Act as the

primary contact

for partners and clients, identifying their needs and developing customized solutions.
Identify

new service opportunities

within existing accounts to drive further growth.
Marketing and Industry Engagement:

Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional efforts, events, and campaigns.
Stay informed on

industry trends

and identify potential business opportunities.
Represent the company at

conferences, trade shows, and industry events .
Reporting and Forecasting:

Provide regular

sales forecasts and reports

to senior management.
Monitor market trends to adjust strategies and stay ahead of evolving business needs.
Candidate Requirements

Experience:
3-4 years of

business development, sales, and account management experience , ideally in

tech, robotics, or startups .
Experience with

CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

for tracking activities and managing client relationships.

Independent and Self-Motivated:
Proven ability to

work independently

and take ownership of tasks without supervision.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in

dynamic, fast-paced environments .

Communication Skills:
Skilled in managing

complex business relationships

and communicating effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong

negotiation and presentation skills , with experience closing high-value deals.

Strategic and Detail-Oriented:
Ability to balance

day-to-day tasks

with

long-term strategy .
Capable of managing multiple projects while keeping the

bigger picture in focus .

Persistent and Resilient:
Demonstrated

Fluency in

Driver's License:
