CREATIVE/MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER


Remote: PST or MSt Time zones


We're looking for a Creative/Marketing Program Manager to join the Aquent Studios , specifically supporting the development and execution of integrated creative/marketing programs under the guidance of senior team members


What you need to succeed:

3-5 years of creative program management experience within a creative ad agency or corporate tech organization

Ability to manage projects and stakeholders at different altitudes

Exceptional communication skills, with ability to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and pilot/test outcomes

Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information to communicate with extended team

Excellent written and verbal communication and social skills, with a consistent record of taking initiative and building strong, positive relationships

Proactively identify potential issues and problem solve, while keeping all parties informed and tracking

Foster a collaborative environment and promote team harmony with a positive attitude

Act resourcefully and work independently with strong attention to detail

Familiar with using Workfront and Microsoft Sharepoint as key management tools

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with necessary flexibility


What you'll do:


Assess incoming project briefs through the lens of resourcing and strategic priorities

- Work with resource management to confirm and assign teams to projects

- Brief in and manage external agencies through project completion

- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing programs

- Represent in department wide meetings.

- Set up and run individual project/campaign kick-offs and ongoing cross-functional team meetings

- Develop and maintain program strategies aligned with business goals and marketing briefs.

- Ensure content production plan is in line with communication plan, customer journey, deliverables and regional needs

- Set review and approval cadence including reviews with core team, stakeholders and leadership

- Participate in creative reviews; assess work through the lens of production, talent/licensing and budget implications and provide guidance accordingly

- Circulate work to Regions and gather inputs

- Partner with Brand Marketing & Media to track media plan strategy and reporting; identify and kick off development of custom and optimized content as needed

- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for multiple marketing programs simultaneously

- Confirm usage requirements for licensing; work with Business Affairs on asset procurement, licensing, legal reviews and clearance
