Location: Tallmadge, OH, 44278

Shift: 12 hours (AM/PM) – 36/48 day
ight rotating work week with every other weekend off. NIGHTS: 6:40 PM – 7:00 AM. DAYS: 6:40 AM – 7:00 PM. Starting pay: $19.00/HR with $2.00 shift differential, $1.00 increase after certification. Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Safely operate and monitor production equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Accurately perform board inspections and measure objects using a standard tape measure and a six‑inch scale.

Operate unit wrapper and perform all associated tasks.

Operate board grinders and prepare and feed scrap products.

Operate compactor equipment and associated tasks.

Properly set up and operate cutting machine.

Operate printer equipment and bar‑code machine.

Operate tow motor and obtain license.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area.

Additional Responsibilities

Read and understand production schedule.

Comply with all plant rules and safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Regular attendance and maintain a good attendance record.

Be a team player.

Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Education
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Experience Preferred

Manufacturing environment experience.

Production worker, production associate, assembly, production laborer, grinder, assembler, production equipment operator or setup experience.

1 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.

Ability to read tape measures accurately.

Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Essential Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Ability to routinely lift up to 55 lbs. without assistance.

Work up to 12 hours in hot/cold manufacturing environment.

Walk/stand on concrete floor continuously for up to 12 hours.

Safeguard self with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Use cleaning equipment or tools as necessary for housekeeping duties.
