Senior Marketing Coordinator

Sellen's Senior Marketing Coordinator collaborates with the marketing team and our in-house experts to produce qualifications, proposals, presentations, and materials for client and project pursuits.

Additionally, the Senior Marketing Coordinator produces original written and visual content that articulates Sellen's brand and supports the company's purpose and core values, leads specific marketing campaigns, and provides guidance to junior team members.

The position is located in South Lake Union (full‑time). You must be able to provide a portfolio of your marketing work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

3-7 years of marketing experience in A/E/C, professional services, or subcontracting industries.

Knowledge

Knowledge of technical writing.

Knowledge of graphic design and layout.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent time management, prioritization, and scheduling skills.

Salary
The full salary range for this position is

$84,000 to $105,000 . New hires typically start between

$84,000

and

$98,500 , depending on direct professional experience and qualifications. The bonus target for this role is

5%

of annual base earnings.
