SEO Specialist
Responsibilities
Develop and execute tailored, data-driven SEO strategies for on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO to drive organic growth.
Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities and gaps.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, web developers, and designers to integrate SEO best practices across all web properties.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics—organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates—and deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay current with the latest SEO developments, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging tools or technologies.
Manage relationships with external SEO partners, agencies, and consultants to supplement internal efforts.
Mentor junior team members, fostering continuous learning within the SEO team.
What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SEO, driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining SEO concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Up‑to‑date knowledge of current SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT), as well as Google Looker.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Jira.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and either Python or JavaScript is a plus.
