Key Responsibilities

Research, develop, and pitch original long-form video concepts tailored to the audience
Write detailed scripts and utilize AI tools throughout the production process
Manage post-production, including reviewing cuts and tracking performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Proven experience producing long-form AI-generated or AI-assisted YouTube content
Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools
Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills with an understanding of YouTube retention mechanics
Ability to work independently from concept to published video
Proficiency in video editing fundamentals
