About the Role
We are working with a rapidly scaling Transaction Advisory platform that has hired 6+ professionals in recent months and continues to expand its Financial Due Diligence team. They are looking to appoint a Managing Director in Boston, with a clear path to Partner by July 2028.
Responsibilities
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across mid-market private equity transactions
- Own full delivery of QoE, EBITDA normalization, and working capital analysis
- Act as senior client contact for PE sponsors, lenders, and corporate acquirers
- Drive business development and origination within the Boston market
- Build and mentor a growing FDD team
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years experience in Transaction Services / FDD
- Proven leadership across mid-market PE transactions
- Strong track record in client development and revenue generation
- Clear progression within TAS (no fragmented career paths)

- Experience in mid-market PE transactions
