Dojo Air is building the world’s first platform focused on improving lung health, performance, and longevity through breath intelligence. Positioned at the intersection of health tech, breathwork, and human data, Dojo Air combines connected hardware, software, and measurable training systems to help people breathe better, recover faster, and live longer.

We are creating a new category in consumer wellness and connected health—and we are looking for an energetic, creative, execution-driven Marketing Manager to bring that vision to life.

Position Overview
This is not a traditional desk marketing role. We are seeking a highly motivated builder who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and can execute across multiple fronts: live events, consumer activations, brand evangelism, influencer partnerships, and grassroots growth.

You will help turn curiosity into community and awareness into advocacy. This role is ideal for someone who understands culture, wellness, fitness, creator ecosystems, and how to build momentum for an emerging brand.

Key Responsibilities
Events & Experiences

Plan and execute trade shows, wellness events, product launches, demos, and pop-up activations

Coordinate logistics, vendors, staffing, budgets, and post-event follow-up

Represent Dojo Air professionally at events and cultivate strategic relationships

Consumer Activation & Community Growth

Develop programs that drive trial, referrals, preorders, and community engagement

Build ambassador programs across fitness, wellness, longevity, and performance communities

Launch grassroots campaigns to create buzz and local traction

Platform Evangelism

Become an expert in Dojo Air’s mission, product, and category story

Help educate consumers, partners, creators, and media on why breath intelligence matters

Support the creation of compelling talking points, presentations, and demos

Influencer & Partnership Recruitment

Identify, recruit, and manage creators, trainers, athletes, wellness leaders, and health voices

Negotiate partnerships, product seeding, campaigns, and affiliate relationships

Track ROI and performance of creator programs

Marketing Operations

Collaborate closely with CMO on campaign execution and calendar planning

Manage timelines, budgets, reporting dashboards, and KPIs

Coordinate with design, product, PR, and sales teams

Ideal Candidate
Experience

4–8+ years in marketing, experiential marketing, brand partnerships, growth, or community building

Experience in startup, wellness, fitness, consumer tech, wearable tech, or health brands preferred

Proven success managing live events and influencer programs

Skills

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

Highly social, energetic, and comfortable representing a brand publicly

Creative thinker with a bias toward action

Able to juggle multiple priorities in a startup environment

Bonus Points

Passion for fitness, longevity, breathwork, wellness, or human performance

Existing network of creators, trainers, gyms, or wellness influencers

Experience with Kickstarter, product launches, or community-led growth

Compensation

Base Salary: $85,000 – $125,000

High Growth Candidate: $125,000 – $145,000

Bonus / KPI Incentives: $10,000 – $30,000

Equity: Meaningful early-stage stock options possible
