Bucketsquad is a fast-growing basketball apparel brand dedicated to creating clothing and products loved by basketball athletes and fans of the sport. We're building a movement that celebrates basketball culture and are founded and led by YouTube’s largest basketball creator, Jesser (36M subscribers, 2x Streamy Sports Creator of the Year).
Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager who lives and breathes basketball culture and can translate our brand's energy into scroll-stopping content. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller who can make our brand voice resonate across multiple platforms while driving engagement, growth and sales.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute against a comprehensive social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Create engaging, high-quality content that captures the essence of basketball culture and Bucketsquad's brand identity
Manage daily social media operations, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
Develop and manage influencer partnerships within the basketball community
Track and analyze social media metrics, providing monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Create trending, viral-potential content that showcases our apparel in authentic basketball contexts
Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion/apparel or DTC industry (sports industry experience is a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Proven track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement
Exceptional content creation skills with video editing and photography abilities
Deep understanding of men’s fashion, basketball culture and current social media trends
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with experience in social media performance metrics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
Technical Requirements

Proficient in Premier Pro or other similar editing platforms
Advanced smartphone video and photo skills
Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under time pressure
Must possess strong writing skills
Detail-oriented and possess excellent project management skills.
