Our client, a leading industrial supply organization, is seeking a Customer Specialist for the Customer Specialist Program to join their team. As a Customer Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse support team, providing essential customer service and operational assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Specialist
**Location:** Twentynine Palms, CA
**Pay Range:** $20
**Shift:** 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist walk-in customers in the store and answer inbound calls to sell MSC products in accordance with company standards.
+ Resolve on-site customer product and service issues by providing sales-related solutions and consulting with other associates.
+ Operate basic warehouse vehicles such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts to load, unload, and move products.
+ Create and apply barcode labels using MSC item numbers or purchase orders.
+ Support outside sales representatives and participate in special projects as required.
**What's Needed?**
+ Computer literacy and proficiency with email, internet browsers, and Windows operating system.
+ Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and sales skills.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Working industrial knowledge preferred.
