About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy Field Marketing Manager to lead our presence at the world’s most influential manufacturing and industrial technology tradeshows. Your primary mission is to ensure our "Smart Factory" solutions—from AI-driven predictive maintenance to edge computing—are the centerpiece of every major industry conversation.

You will own our presence at flagship events like IMTS, and Automate. You are a master of logistics, booth strategy, and "on-the-floor" lead generation, ensuring that every handshake at a tradeshow is captured, qualified, and transitioned into the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Large-Scale Tradeshow Ownership: Lead the end-to-end execution of our presence at major domestic and international manufacturing expos (e.g., IMTS, MODEX, Automate).

Booth Strategy & Experience: Design immersive, technical booth experiences that showcase "Smart Factory" live demos and digital twins to engage CTOs and Plant Managers.

Pipeline Acceleration: Partner with Sales to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, including executive "booth tours," VIP dinners, and private hospitality events for key manufacturing accounts.

Technical Content Creation: Author high-impact content centered on Smart Factory innovation, including post-show trend reports, technical "Live from the Floor" social updates, and customer success stories.

Lead Capture & ROI: Own the lead-retrieval process. You will be responsible for measuring and reporting on booth traffic, MQL generation, and influenced revenue.

Vendor & Budget Management: Navigate complex union labor, drayage, and international shipping logistics to keep our high-production booths on time and under budget.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience: 3 –5 years in Field Marketing or Event Management, specifically within the Industrial IT, Manufacturing, or Robotics sectors.

Content Mastery: A strong portfolio of professional writing (blogs, case studies, or newsletters) with the ability to simplify "Industry 4.0" concepts.

Logistical Rigor: Proven track record of managing large-scale (20x20+) booths and complex vendor ecosystems.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you are as comfortable negotiating with a general contractor as you are interviewing a CEO.

Benefits (Full-Time Employees)

Pay: The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $104,000

A wide range of factors are utilized in compensation decisions, including but not limited to, experience, skill-sets, job-related knowledge, geographic market, and other key qualifications based on business needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible
