About the Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, your mission is to define and drive Permutive’s go‑to‑market strategy across key products, solutions, and customer segments. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, owning positioning, messaging, launches, and field enablement to ensure consistent and effective execution in market.
You’ll ensure that our commercial teams deeply understand what we sell, why we win, and how to communicate our differentiation, while also shaping product direction through market and customer insight.
You’ll report into the Head of Product Marketing and partner closely with Product leaders and Commercial VPs to drive alignment, adoption, and impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Own positioning and messaging for key products and solutions
- Translate product capabilities and market insights into compelling narratives and go‑to‑market strategies
- Lead end‑to‑end product and feature launches, including moments of change such as repositioning and expansion into new markets
- Build high‑impact sales enablement programs that improve field readiness and execution
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to reinforce deal cycle best practices and improve win rates and velocity
- Develop scalable content and playbooks tailored to different audiences such as publishers, advertisers and agencies
- Collaborate with Product to influence roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends and competitive insightsPartner with Marketing to drive demand through differentiated storytelling and campaigns
- Analyze performance data including pipeline, win rates and adoption to refine go‑to‑market strategy and measure impact
- Advocate for the field by surfacing insights, gaps, and opportunities to leadership
What you’ll need
- 5 to 8+ years in Product Marketing, with AdTech experience required and enablement experience a plus
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, data platforms, identity and measurement
- Proven ability to define positioning and messaging in complex, technical categories
- Experience leading cross‑functional go‑to‑market initiatives and product launches
- Credibility with Sales and Customer Success teams, with a clear understanding of deal cycles, customer journeys and commercial pressure
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
- Experience with tools such as Highspot, Gong, Salesforce and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform strategy and measure success
- Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders, including Product and Commercial leadership
- Hands‑on, proactive operator who can balance strategy with execution
What we’re offering
We take a structured, objective approach to salary‑setting, which is based on marketing information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability assessed through our interview process. For a typical candidate who meets our requirements, we pay a base salary between $165,000 and $175,000 (with a 20 % bonus).
