About the Role
As a Communications Agent, you will answer and respond to internal and external calls in the hotel, delivering outstanding guest service and contributing to financial profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues via telephone in a timely, friendly manner.
Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
Respond to emergencies, documenting and relaying accurate information to proper parties.
Accept and deliver messages promptly and accurately, using proper grammar and spelling.
Operate office equipment including computers, PBX system, fax machine, email, etc.
