Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Editor/Media Director to join the team. This hybrid role is based in Norwood, MA. Responsibilities include overseeing editorial content, creating and managing video productions, editing written and visual materials, and managing content across new media platforms. The role combines strategic content direction with hands-on tasks to maintain and grow MWJ's position as a trusted industry resource.
Qualifications
- Experience in Writing and Editorial tasks, including creating and refining high-quality content
- Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to produce and enhance engaging visual content
- Expertise in managing New Media platforms and developing strategies to expand reach in the digital space as well as print media
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to balance multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- BSEE degree with experience in the microwave/Rf field or similar MARCOM experience
- Good marketing and social media skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid team dynamic
- Ability to work in HTML and XML desired but not required
