Robert Half is seeking an Associate Creative Director (Design) for a fast-growing digital agency — a true player-coach role for someone who wants to lead creative while staying hands-on in the work.
This is not a traditional ACD position. We’re looking for someone who has grown up in design, still enjoys executing, and is ready to step into a leadership role guiding a team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Hands-On Design (50%)
- Create performance-driven creative (paid social, digital campaigns, ads)
- Design landing pages and digital experiences with a focus on conversion
- Contribute to brand identity systems and campaign concepts
- Work daily in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Support light motion/video work when needed
Creative Leadership (50%)
- Guide and mentor designers across projects
- Provide hands-on art direction and feedback to elevate work
- Act as a bridge between Creative Directors and the design team
- Support concepting, brainstorming, and project ownership
- Help ensure all deliverables meet a high creative standard
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of experience in a creative or agency environment
- Strong design background required (not purely copy/art direction)
- Proven ability to balance execution and leadership
- Portfolio showcasing work across:
- Brand/visual identity
- Campaign/performance creative
- Digital/web/UX (beyond just product design)
- Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working across multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. This position includes Benefits available to full-time professionals, include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k), etc..
