This role is responsible for commercialization across two or more MABI sales regions. The Associate Brand Manager will be pivotal to regional growth planning through regional A&P planning, regional event & media strategy and for championing Brand standards and national campaigns to the regional marketing team and field sales function.
Accountabilities
Support Local Category & Brand Growth Plan
Build Commercial Activity Plan and activation calendar
Facilitate the Innovation implementation and volume planning
Support SKU assortment review and pricing strategy
Coordinate the budget, performance reporting, agency roster management, and adaptation of local assets as applicable

Brand Growth & Health
Innovation Metrics (i.e., Portfolio Management, Volume Projection, and SKU Optimization)

Deployment of Local Brand Growth Plan and Strategic Commercial Delivery

Innovation, Brand Strategy, Planning & Asset Delivery

US Cross-Functional Brand Commercialization Outputs (i.e., shopper-experimental, social, etc.)

Brand Campaigns, Playbooks, Calendars, and Brand-Related Financial Reporting and Insights
Qualifications, Education, & Experience
Bachelor's Degree & 2-4 years of prior marketing experience, Alc/Bev or CPG preferred
Experience working on a fast-moving, explosive-growth brand
Skills Needed To Be Successful
Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
Compensation
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a position’s location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
