Location: Houston, TX
This is a W2 role that requires the candidate to be onsite for 2-3 days in a week.

Technical Writing certification or computer science background preferred.
Strong understanding of IT constructs and terminology, especially as it relates to back-end infrastructure management and SRE/DevOps spaces.
Passionate about technical writing as a career and energized by a fast paced environment and effectively manages multiple tasks to success.
Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills. Strong organization and time management.
Familiarity with technical writing standards and style guides.
Experience with mark-up languages such as DITA, HTML, XML, CSS.
Experience with Data Protection applications such as Veritas NetBackup, Cohesity or similar vendors/applications a plus.
Experience with APIs and scripting/programming (Python, Java, shell scripting) a plus.
