Business Development Specialist, Yealink
Hours: 8:30-5:30pm, Monday-Friday, On Site.

JOB SUMMARY
Drive revenue growth within the Yealink channel ecosystem. Recruit, onboard, and enable new Jenne partners by driving the sales strategy for Yealink solutions, communicating the value proposition to new partners and accelerating supplier penetration within Jenne’s existing partner base.

Identify, recruit, enable, and train new partners to accelerate pipeline growth and sales results

Convert, onboard, enable, and recruit partners who market and sell competitive brands to Yealink

Participate in the development of supplier programs, promotions, incentives, and marketing initiatives aimed at new partner acquisition

Engage in heavy outbound partner engagement activity (phone, social media, collaboration tools)

Develop and execute business growth plans independently

Develop and execute Jenne and supplier business development strategies and meet targets

Complete applicable training and certifications associated with Yealink

Effectively position complementary supplier solutions and Jenne Value Proposition to new partners

Represent Jenne and Yealink at key industry trade shows

Proactively generate leads leveraging Jenne system expertise

Collaborate with Jenne product management and sales on forecasting and pipeline management

Understand product roadmaps & communicate key elements to Jenne sales and partners

Present in supplier and partner QBR’s

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or 4+ years of relevant product management, sales, or business development experience

Demonstrated success in a business development role

Product background knowledge of Unified Communications a plus

Must be highly motivated and possess a personal commitment to the success of the sales organization and goals

Executive management relationship building skills

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Up to 20% travel is required for this position, including overnight travel and stays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time

Ability to be physically present at the designated company office location

Ability to lift 20 pounds

Ability to travel up to 20%
