Key Responsibilities:

Relaunch the podcast, establishing production workflow, episode structure, and distribution infrastructure
Manage end-to-end episode production, including topic ideation, recording, editing, and publishing
Track and analyze podcast performance metrics to inform content strategy and improve audience engagement

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in end-to-end podcast production
Deep knowledge of podcast platforms and publishing best practices
Experience managing editorial calendars and coordinating multiple stakeholders
