Responsibilities
- As a Senior Product Manager at Skai, you will be leading the development of Skai’s Full Funnel Product.
- Study market needs and trends across the industry and serve as the customer’s voice to represent their needs, processes, and required solutions inside the company; craft innovative, smart and useful solutions.
- Define and drive the long-term product strategy, aligning customer insights, market dynamics, and business objectives into a clear and durable product direction.
- Build industry expertise by working with leading brands and agencies, partners, customer success, and sales teams, driving new capabilities and innovations and shaping the future of our products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management colleagues, data scientists, UX/UI experts, and R&D counterparts to define the backlog and functional specifications.
Qualifications
- Significant experience and expertise in Display advertising, including audience targeting optimization, CTV advertising, flights and budget optimization, and familiarity with the full buyer journey.
- Experience in Retail-Media DSP (e.g., Amazon DSP) is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven ability to specify and deliver quality products from discovery to execution.
- Deep understanding of customer experience and the ability to bridge statistics with a friendly, business-oriented interface.
- Strong presentation skills and experience in communicating with clients and collecting market feedback.
- Effective project management and ability to work across multiple teams in the organization.
- Proven ability to collaborate with overseas teams.
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Senior presence and mindset: self-starter, capable of high-level conversations and representing Skai and the product organization to diverse audiences.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $140,000-$150,000. The actual salary amount will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills and abilities, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for additional bonus compensation; full details will be provided during the recruitment process. We are hybrid for the long term with a three-days-in-office per week schedule.
