Videographer - Wbbj

Shoot and edit stories for a variety of newscasts and streaming platforms. Handle live remotes for news, sports, and weather events. Assist the News Production team in other positions during live broadcasts and taped shows.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Candidates will shoot and edit assigned events.
They will cover events by themselves and/or with the Station's on-air talent.
Must be proficient in obtaining quality video and editing under a deadline.
Also, they must be able to cover breaking news and severe weather events.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in news production or broadcast media
Strong videography and non-linear digital editing skills
Communications or broadcast-related degree preferred (not required)
Solid work ethic and commitment to journalistic integrity
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle
