We are currently partnered on a search with a leading Healthcare company who are looking for a driven Sales Director to lead the business development efforts for their Newark, NJ-based facility.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of referral partnerships with local professionals, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Develop and execute a referral source outreach strategy that drives consistent lead flow and builds long-term trust
- Guide families and individuals through a meaningful, consultative decision-making journey from first contact to move-in
- Track referral activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics - delivering clear reports to leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years in a referral-driven sales or business development role within healthcare
- A genuine, pre-existing network of referral sources in the local area
- Proven track record of hitting occupancy and revenue targets through relationship-based selling
- Empathetic communicator who builds trust quickly with both partners and the people they refer
