We are currently partnered on a search with a leading Healthcare company who are looking for a driven Sales Director to lead the business development efforts for their Newark, NJ-based facility.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of referral partnerships with local professionals, healthcare providers, and community organizations
  • Develop and execute a referral source outreach strategy that drives consistent lead flow and builds long-term trust
  • Guide families and individuals through a meaningful, consultative decision-making journey from first contact to move-in
  • Track referral activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics - delivering clear reports to leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a referral-driven sales or business development role within healthcare
  • A genuine, pre-existing network of referral sources in the local area
  • Proven track record of hitting occupancy and revenue targets through relationship-based selling
  • Empathetic communicator who builds trust quickly with both partners and the people they refer
