About the Role

You'll serve as a central business leader for the Private Label Nut Butters portfolio, connecting insights, strategy, and execution across product, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market. You'll bring sharp analysis, strong storytelling, and confident cross-functional influence to keep the business aligned and growing.

Key Responsibilities

Set portfolio strategy

Partner with the Senior Director to develop and refine the strategic direction for Private Label Nut Butters.

Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives that drive growth and strengthen competitiveness.

Own P&L and operating plan delivery

Own delivery of annual operating plan results for the Nut Butters business.

Make decisions that directly impact the portfolio P&L.

Partner with Finance to build pricing strategies tied to commodity trends, competitive benchmarks, and margin targets.

Track pricing adjustments to ensure financial goals are achieved.

Lead business analysis & forecasting

Analyze performance by segment, SKU, customer, and channel to generate short- and long-term forecasts.

Monitor volume trends, pipeline opportunities, and business risks to inform monthly demand and supply planning.

Turn insights into actions that improve growth, margin, and customer outcomes.

Drive innovation & new product development (NPD)

Monitor category trends, competitive activity, and customer strategies to identify differentiation opportunities.

Serve as project charter owner for new Private Brand Nut Butter initiatives.

Lead cross-functional collaboration (R&D, Operations, QFS, Finance, Commercialization) to deliver products that meet cost, quality, and customer requirements.

Partner with Sales to build compelling sell-in materials and customer presentations.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Experience & education

Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Finance preferred); MBA preferred.

Minimum 5+ years in Brand Management/Marketing (or related);

Private Label experience required

.
