Senior Visual Creative Lead

A company is looking for a Senior Visual Creative Lead to drive visual craft inside their app.
Key Responsibilities

Drive visual direction across in-app surfaces including icons, illustration, and UI styling
Translate inputs from product, brand, and leadership into cohesive, high-quality creative direction
Collaborate with the Creative Brand team to align in-app work with brand guidelines

Required Qualifications

6+ years of visual design experience with a strong portfolio in digital product, illustration, and motion
Developed point of view on visual craft with the ability to defend and evolve decisions
Experience working within product teams
Fluency in Figma and AI design tools; comfort with motion tools like ProtoPie or After Effects
Ability to operate independently and make quality decisions without a creative director
