Position Overview
We are seeking a Multimedia Designer to support the External Communications team in creating high-quality visual, digital, and multimedia content. This role plays a key part in enhancing the agency’s public communication, storytelling, and brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Branding
- Create visually compelling, brand-aligned graphics for social media and digital platforms
- Develop professional design assets using Adobe Creative Suite
Content Coordination
- Plan and manage a proactive social media content calendar
- Support execution and distribution of digital communications
Web Maintenance
- Update and maintain website content using Drupal CMS
- Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency of online content
Multimedia Production
- Capture photography and videography for on-site events
- Perform basic editing and optimization for digital platforms
Quality Control
- Apply typography, layout, and color theory principles
- Maintain consistent and professional visual branding
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or digital media
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in photography and videography with basic editing skills
- Experience with CMS platforms (preferably Drupal)
- Experience managing social media content calendars
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, layout)
