WE'RE HIRING: Branding & Marketing Consultant – ID Industry | Hybrid
Every Interior Design firm has a story worth telling. Most just don't know how to tell it yet.
That's where you come in. We work exclusively with Interior Design firms across Singapore, helping them build a brand presence that attracts the right clients and sets them apart in a crowded market. As our Branding & Marketing Consultant, you'll be the person who opens those doors — and walks through them together with every client you bring on board.
Location:

Hybrid (Singapore-based, client meetings required)
What You'll Be Doing

This role is two parts — and both matter equally.
Acquiring new clients:
Reach out to and meet with ID firm owners and decision-makers
Understand their brand, goals, and pain points
Present tailored branding and marketing solutions
Close deals and bring new clients onto our programmes
Managing and growing your accounts:
Serve as the dedicated consultant for your client portfolio
Ensure clients are seeing real results and stay engaged
Identify opportunities to deepen or expand their programmes
Be the face they trust and come back to
What You'll Be Selling

Solutions that ID firms genuinely need:
Brand identity and positioning
Social media management tailored for ID studios
Content creation + professional video production
Lead generation and digital marketing programmes
You Might Be a Great Fit If You

Have a genuine interest in branding, marketing, or the creative industry
Enjoy both the thrill of winning new clients and the satisfaction of keeping them happy
Are a natural communicator — confident in a pitch, warm in a relationship
Are organised enough to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
Have experience in sales, account management, or marketing — or are keen to learn
No prior experience in the ID industry? Not a dealbreaker. If you understand people and have a nose for good branding, we'll build the rest with you.
What You'll Earn

First 3 Months (Training Phase):

Uncapped commission — your hustle, your income
After Probation:

Up to

$3,000 base salary

+ uncapped commission
The more clients you win and retain, the more you earn — there's no ceiling here
