Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Staff Designer to redefine our service design strategy, driving significant improvements in customer health monitoring, proactive service guidance, and retention/renewal services. The ideal candidate will utilize deep insights from customer research, stakeholder interviews, and data analytics to craft a visionary, future-state customer success journey. Through collaboration with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams, this role will establish service design principles, strategize investment decisions, and ensure a cohesive, customer-centered vision across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation and implementation of service design strategies for complex, high-impact initiatives focused on customer health, proactive guidance, and retention.
Synthesize customer research, interviews, and analytics into strategic vision and frameworks for customer success.
Develop service blueprints and ecosystem maps that align cross-functional teams towards a unified vision.
Partner with senior leadership to influence technology and operations investment decisions.
Establish service design principles and playbooks for consistent, quality experience delivery.
Qualifications
Proven mastery in service design with 10+ years of experience.
Deep understanding of Mid-Market segment needs and behaviors.
Strong background in Customer Success metrics and strategies.
Industry Experience
Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
Significant experience in designing services for the Mid-Market segment and in a Customer Success environment.
