Director / VP, Reserved Media & CTV Partnerships (New York)

Role Summary

Gushcloud is seeking a senior commercial leader based in New York to build and scale its Reserved Media, Branded Content, and CTV packaging business.

This role will focus on turning Gushcloud’s global creator network into structured, buyable media inventory for agencies, media buyers, and brands—particularly across Madison Avenue and major holding groups.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with media buyers, agency investment teams, and brand marketers, and a deep understanding of digital media, creator ecosystems, and CTV distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Reserved Media & Creator Inventory Packaging

  • Develop and package aggregated creator media inventory across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Build guaranteed inventory products (impressions, reach, CPM-based offerings)
  • Create category-based bundles (e.g., Beauty, Lifestyle, Family, Gaming)
  • Establish standardized rate cards and pricing frameworks

Branded Content Commercialization

  • Build scalable branded content solutions across Gushcloud’s creator network
  • Standardize deliverables, pricing, and performance benchmarks
  • Partner with creators and internal teams to deliver brand-safe, performance-driven integrations
  • Develop always-on campaign formats and repeatable brand packages

CTV & Distribution Partnerships

  • Lead partnerships with CTV platforms and OEM ecosystems, including: Samsung, LG, Roku, Amazon (Fire TV)
  • Package creator content into CTV-ready programming and ad inventory
  • Develop monetization strategies across FAST channels and connected TV

Agency & Media Buyer Partnerships (New York Focus)

  • Build and manage relationships with major agency groups, including: WPP, Omnicom Group, Publicis Groupe, Dentsu
  • Engage directly with: Media buyers, Investment leads, Agency trading desks
  • Drive: Upfront media deals, Quarterly commitments, Always-on buying partnerships
  • Build standardized media products (SKUs) from creator inventory
  • Partner with data and tech teams to: (1) Improve CPM and fill rates; (2) Enhance audience targeting and segmentation
  • Support advertiser reporting and measurement frameworks

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in: (1) Digital media sales, programmatic, or reserved media; (2) Creator economy / MCN / YouTube ecosystem; (3) CTV, streaming, or platform partnerships
  • Experience working with or at: (1) Google / YouTube Ads; (2) The Trade Desk; (3) Creator networks (e.g., Studio71, Bent Pixel); (4) Media agencies or holding groups in New York
  • Strong understanding of: (1) CPM models and media buying economics; (2) YouTube Reserved Media and creator monetization; (3) Programmatic vs direct sales
  • Proven ability to: (1) Build and sell media products; (2) Close deals with agencies and brands; (3) Translate creator ecosystems into scalable inventory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with: (1) New York-based media buyers and agency teams; (2) Brand marketing leaders (CMOs)
  • Experience scaling: (1) Media networks; (2) CTV or FAST channel distribution
  • Global experience across US and APAC markets is a plus
