Are you passionate about marketing in the engineering and simulation domain? We're seeking a SIM Solutions Marketing Manager to drive Simulation industry messaging and content.
In this role you will collaborate with the SIM Product strategy and Marketing team, sales, and global marketing partners to create compelling messaging and content that drive awareness, demand, and sales execution for the assigned industry.
You’ll make a difference by:
Content Planning & Strategy – Develop the SIM Marketing GTM plan for assigned industries, incl. focus areas, messaging, and industry content roadmaps (awareness, demand creation, and sales content), in collaboration with the global marketing team.
Messaging & Content Creation – Develop clear and consistent messaging in line with SIM and Simcenter messaging. Develop the content for all content engagement goals. Oversee the project management of assigned marketing assets/tactics creation planned within your industry.
Content Activation – Coordinate with global marketing campaign and global marketing execution teams to align goals/plans, content needs. Maintain stakeholder communication for assigned campaigns/projects.
Audience-Driven Development – Develop audience-centric content that resonates with target markets and drives both demand creation and sales enablement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work effectively with remote teams, technical experts, management, and extended content teams in complex, international environments.
Your success is grounded in:
Master/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related field
Proven experience in marketing, understanding marketing frameworks
Understanding of the simulation market/ simulation offering and the engineering buyer
Demonstrated success in audience-driven messaging and campaign development and content creation
Excellent storytelling abilities with the ability to craft compelling narratives
Experience working with remote, virtual, and geographically distributed teams
Team player with autonomous work capability and international experience
Ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences (management, marketing, technical teams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (working language)
In addition, successful candidates will demonstrate:
Experience in engineering, simulation software marketing
Project management experience with marketing asset development
Background in B2B technology marketing
Multilingual capabilities
