Marketing Manager (New York City - Onsite)
Where marketing meets meaning—and impact is real! We’re looking for a Marketing Manager in Downtown Manhattan who wants to build something meaningful. In this role, you’ll help shape a trusted, recognizable brand while connecting people to legal support during some of the most important moments in their lives, especially within immigrant and multicultural communities. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think big, execute quickly, and take pride in work that truly makes an impact. What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute a marketing strategy focused on long-term brand growth
- Plan and launch campaigns across digital, social, and local channels
- Develop clear, consistent messaging that resonates with diverse audiences
- Oversee and support a small creative team (design, content, social media)
- Manage paid advertising efforts and continuously improve performance
- Represent the firm at local events and community initiatives
- Balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in marketing leadership, ideally in B2C or professional services
- Strong background in brand strategy and campaign execution
- Experience in consumer-facing marketing (retail or similar) is a plus
- Proven ability to lead and develop a small team
- Clear understanding of audience engagement and growth strategies
- A builder, someone who can create the vision and bring it to life
