Social Media Specialist/Content Creator

We’re seeking a highly creative, visually-driven Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to join a fast-growing, design-forward Home & Interior Design brand. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong eye for in teriors, home, or lifestyle aesthetics

who thrives at the intersection of content creation and digital marketing.

Temp-to-Hire

LOCATION:

Vernon, CA (On-site)

PAY:

35-45/hr

What You’ll Do:

Create, edit, and publish daily

Reels, Stories, and social-first content

across Instagram and TikTok

Capture in-showroom moments—turning

vignettes, product drops, and styling details

into engaging digital stories

Own post-launch engagement by managing the

first 60 minutes

(comments, replies, community interaction)

Support

community growth initiatives

including giveaways, UGC campaigns, and comment-to-DM strategies

Ensure

brand consistency

across multiple social handles and content streams

Track and report on

engagement quality metrics

(shares, saves, audience interaction)

What We’re Looking For:

Background or strong interest in

interior design, home, lifestyle, or design-driven DTC brands

(beauty also considered;

no fashion backgrounds )

Strong visual instincts with an understanding of

“California Chic” / elevated lifestyle aesthetics

Expert knowledge of

Instagram & TikTok , including trends, editing styles, and algorithm behavior

Proficiency in

CapCut, Canva, and Lightroom

Highly proactive—able to independently identify content opportunities in real-time

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write

engaging, scroll-stopping captions

Based in Vernon and comfortable working

on-site daily
