Typical Day in the Role
- Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to execute high-visibility, high-impact internal programs for client's AI division, including intern engagement, new hire onboarding, specialized AI Academy initiatives, SharePoint and marketing, event logistics, and data analysis/metrics.
- Key projects: This role will contribute to planning and implementing large‑scale employee experience programs, managing operational processes, and supporting event execution and reporting for a globally dispersed workforce of ~8,000 employees.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

- Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 5‑7 years’ experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Learning & Development (L&D): Background or experience supporting L&D programs, curriculum development, or internal training initiatives (such as a corporate university or academy model).
- Cross‑functional Leadership: Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives to impactful outcomes with clarity & adaptability in ambiguous or fast‑evolving contexts.
- AI‑first thinking: Proactively seek ways to improve workflows with AI or redesign workflows to be AI‑native, and leverage AI tools to improve execution. AI agent building experience a plus.
