Overview
GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is looking for a driven, relationship-focused

Account Executive

to conduct outbound prospecting and expand our footprint within the RCM sphere. This role blends targeted business development with

consultative selling and strategic recruiting , offering you the opportunity to make a measurable impact across healthcare organizations and agencies.

You’ll leverage established company relationships while building new connections across key service lines, including:

Coding, Auditing & Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)

Revenue Cycle

Revenue Integrity

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy

Identify and source new prospects

Build and execute territory plans to maximize coverage and opportunity generation

Engage decision-makers across healthcare ecosystems to uncover and qualify opportunities

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and challenges

Develop tailored proposals showcasing innovative, value-driven solutions

Articulate service offerings with clarity, demonstrating measurable business impact

Collaborate with clients to solve workforce and operational challenges creatively

Create and maintain pipeline to effectively ensure targets are met

Relationship Management

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

Ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction

Establish long‑term partnerships through trust, insight, and consistent value

Requirements

Proven experience (2 years)

recruiting for healthcare RCM functions

in a fast-paced

agency

environment.

Sourced, screened, and placed candidates for positions such as Medical Coders (ICD-10/CPT), Billing Specialists and AR Follow-Up Representatives.

Partnered with clients to understand RCM workflows, compliance requirements, and role‑specific skill sets, ensuring high‑quality candidate matches.

Excellent communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal)

Self‑directed

with a strong drive to exceed goals

Coachable and eager to learn, with a “thirst for knowledge”

Highly accountable with a focus on

performance metrics
