Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Sr. Channel Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of distributor-facing marketing programs that support sales objectives and revenue growth in the Industrial Replacement channel. This role translates business and product priorities into effective marketing promotions, sales enablement tools, and distributor activations while operating within established strategies, policies, and brand standards.

Execute and support channel partner marketing programs, including promotions, campaigns, and partner activations, in alignment with established marketing strategies and brand standards.

Coordinate distributor-facing marketing assets (e.g., flyers, selling kits, digital content, and promotional tools) to support sales enablement and channel engagement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support digital and ecommerce activations across distributor websites, email campaigns, and online promotional placements.

Develop and maintain sales enablement materials for distributor sales teams, branch personnel, and technical staff, adapting content for different channel audiences as needed.

Support product launches and core product initiatives by coordinating marketing programs, content, and training-related communications within the IR channel.

Assist with trade shows, distributor events, and meetings by coordinating marketing materials, displays, demo assets, and logistical support.

Track program execution, timelines, and deliverables; assist with program reporting, documentation, and postpromotion summaries.

Ensure marketing activities comply with Gates brand, pricing, and compliance guidelines, and support related administrative processes as required.

Organizational Scope & Impact

Operates as a senior individual contributor with no direct people management responsibility

Impacts channel marketing effectiveness and distributor engagement across multiple IR partners

Works within defined marketing strategies, budgets, and governance frameworks

Exercises judgment and discretion in program execution within established guidelines

Prerequisites and Skills
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2B, manufacturing, or industrial distribution environments

Demonstrated experience supporting channel, partner, or distributor marketing programs

Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, sales enablement tools, and standard marketing technologies

Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Functional Knowledge

Strong working knowledge of marketing communications, promotions, and channel activation

Understanding of distributor or partner-based sales models

Applies established best practices to resolve complex marketing execution challenges

Exercises independent judgment within defined guidelines and processes

Understands how marketing programs support revenue growth and sales effectiveness

Working Conditions & Travel

Office‑based role

Approximately 10‑15% travel, primarily for distributor meetings, conferences, and events

Pay & Benefits

Full‑time

Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000

Relocation is not provided

Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire

Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued

401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
