Position Overview
Cullinan Properties is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator responsible for providing comprehensive marketing, research, and administrative support to the corporate marketing department. This role will serve as a key marketing support lead for Rock Run Collection in Joliet, one of the company's premier developments, requiring onsite presence as needed and requested.
The position involves managing social media, coordinating marketing materials, tracking campaign performance, and overseeing project management tasks to keep initiatives on schedule. Working within a fast-paced, innovative environment, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in both digital and traditional marketing efforts, contributing to the success of our growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Oversee and execute daily social media activities across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Daily Marketing Administration: Create and update customized marketing packages and collateral for the leadership and leasing teams.
Marketing Inventory Management: Maintain and update marketing materials and inventory.
Project Management: Manage departmental projects by coordinating checklists, documentation, and ensuring tasks stay on track.
Rock Run Collection Support: Serve as a lead marketing support resource for Rock Run Collection in Joliet, including coordination of materials, events, and initiatives, with required onsite presence as needed.
Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and other marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Market Research: Assist in conducting research to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities to enhance marketing strategies.
Email Marketing & Eblasts: Support in creating and distributing email campaigns, newsletters, and announcements.
Treat all company and project information as strictly confidential.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

1-3 years of work experience in marketing or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred; project management with a focus on marketing is also acceptable.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, WordPress, and social media platforms.
Experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
Strong project management skills with the ability to keep projects organized and on track.
Experience with reporting and data analysis in marketing, including using tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with exceptional organizational skills and a strong proficiency in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
Willingness and ability to think critically real-time; demonstrate good judgement and problem-solving skills in high pressure situations
Willingness and ability to accept feedback with a growth-oriented mindset
Possesses a strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, and drive.
Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Cullinan Properties compensation will be commensurate with the market.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
