Working in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Communications, this position ensures clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across multiple platforms, including the club’s website, video content, email communications, social media channels, and printed materials. Monitors and analyzes performance metrics from newsletters, emails, and social media to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments3. Designs and distributes regular member communications, including the monthly newsletter, weekly emails, push notifications, and promotional flyers for upcoming events4. Captures and produces high-quality photography and videography to showcase club events, programs, and amenities5. Proactively monitors and updates the Club’s website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized based on member needs, trends, and website analytics6.
