Responsibilities
Own and execute organic + paid social media strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms
Support demand generation efforts by promoting campaigns, content, and events through social channels
Drive executive and employee advocacy programs, including LinkedIn thought leadership
Manage social media calendar, content distribution, and real-time event coverage
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in social media marketing (B2B preferred)
Strong experience with LinkedIn ads and paid social campaigns
Ability to execute campaigns hands-on (not just strategy)
Experience working across multiple channels (social, video, content)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with leadership
Nice to Have
Experience in technology or SaaS environments
Exposure to YouTube/video content strategy
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar
