We specialize in selling and managing high-end homes in destinations like Bear Lake, St. George, and Park City, designed for families who value time together and memorable experiences.

The Role

We’re hiring a Sales & Business Development Agent to drive the sale of fractional ownership shares in our luxury vacation homes. This is a relationship-driven, high-ticket sales role focused on networking, attending events, and guiding buyers through a consultative sales process.

You won’t be sitting behind a desk waiting for leads; instead, you’ll be out in the market building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective buyers through the full sales process—from initial interest to closing
  • Educate clients on fractional ownership and the Fraxioned model
  • Confidently close high-value transactions
  • Attend events where our target demographic is present (professional groups, community events, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a strong referral network
  • Proactively generate new leads through outreach and relationship-building

Events & Open Houses

  • Host property tours and open houses in Bear Lake and St. George
  • Coordinate and attend marketing events targeting potential buyers
  • Represent the brand in a polished, professional way

CRM & Organization

  • Track all leads, communication, and deal progress in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Maintain an organized pipeline with consistent follow-up
  • Report on performance and pipeline activity

Ideal Candidate

  • Based in Salt Lake Valley, Utah Valley, or St. George
  • Comfortable traveling for events and showings
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket sales ($50K+ transactions preferred)
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
