Marco Fine Arts is a leader in fine art publishing and print-on-demand manufacturing, partnering with high-profile artists and brands during an exciting period of growth.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own our Apparel & Accessories category end-to-end. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and takes real ownership from concept through launch.
You’ll sit at the center of the business, working cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, R&D, Design, and Operations to bring high-quality, scalable products to market.
What You’ll Do
Own the Apparel & Accessories category-what we sell, why it matters, and where we win
Lead product intake, sourcing, and development from concept through launch
Identify and onboard strong vendor partners and product options
Balance cost, quality, and speed to meet margin and market expectations
Build product assortments, pricing, and customer-facing materials
Own the sample process and maintain a high bar for product quality
Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth SKU setup, onboarding, and production execution
Stay on top of trends, materials, decoration techniques, and emerging brands
Proactively introduce new products, blanks, and finishes
What We’re Looking For
A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects forward
Strong product instincts with a clear eye for quality and positioning
Comfortable working cross-functionally and aligning teams
Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
Able to manage multiple programs at once without losing control of the details
Experience in apparel, accessories, print-on-demand, or manufacturing is a plus
