Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective signage and print solutions

Design and produce large-format graphics, including:

Interior & exterior signage

Vehicle wraps

Banners

Trade show displays

Dimensional graphics

Prepare client proofs and manage revisions

Perform color correction and ensure accurate color output

Create production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software

Operate large-format equipment (printers, flatbeds, plotters, cutters, laminators)

Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines

Conduct quality control checks for accuracy and brand consistency

Maintain organized project files and production specs

Stay current on signage trends, materials, and technologies

Qualifications

Proven experience AND passion in / for the signage and large-format print industry

Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated and installed projects (not web/digital-only work)

Experience with creating logo and font design

Proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Microsoft Office

Experience with Gerber Omega, Onyx RIP, Thrive RIP, and production workflows

Hands-on experience operating large-format printing equipment

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or related field) preferred
