Malone is looking for an experienced Jr Account Manager in Vista, CA! This is a temp to hire position with a great company!

Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour
Hours: 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday

Job Summary

The Jr Account Manager is responsible for assisting the Account Managers in the execution of processing on the front end of business.

Responsibilities for Jr Account Manager:
Assist account manager with developing quotes.
Data entry into system of Bill of Materials/ MI's, Sales Order and Work Order releases.
Provide back up support for account manager.
Create bill of materials, manufacturing instructions and other documents for clients.
Assist the material department in supplier selection and component procurement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills for Jr Account Manager:

Associates degree in business or technical discipline
Previous experience working for an Electronic Contract Manufacturer
Experience with PCBAs, SMT and box builds
Experience working in a cable and wire harness facility a huge plus
Previous purchasing experience in a electronic component or similar industry ideal
2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing dealing directly with clients and vendors
The ability to read and understand component drawings, schematics procedures and specifications, with an understanding of dimensions and tolerances
Must have excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; ISO 13485:2012; AS 9100:2016; IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A620
