Your Impact
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of daily trading operations:

Resolve trade breaks and maintain accurate books and records

Process allocations, corrections, and regulatory trade reporting (FINRA, SEC, MSRB, TRACE)

Reconcile accounts and monitor error, average price, and reject accounts

Review pre-trade rule violations and partner with traders on execution support

Analyze counterparty costs and contribute to operational enhancements

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline

Active Series 7 license required

2+ years of experience supporting equity and fixed-income trading is a must!

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements

Experience with Pershing systems and BI/AI tools is a plus

Flexibility to work 7:30 AM–4:30 PM hours
