We are seeking a Senior Informatica Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data solutions including Operational Data Stores (ODS), Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW), Data Marts, and CRM/Guest Loyalty systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Informatica development, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix Shell scripting, and will work with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality data integration and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and document complex ETL code using Informatica to integrate warehouse and transactional business applications.
- Develop and test dimensional data models using Star and Snowflake schema methodologies under Kimball and Inmon frameworks.
- Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization for complex integrations and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with business teams to define reporting goals and dashboard requirements.
- Design and develop data solutions for both publish and subscribe models.
- Maintain support documentation including Run Books, scheduling artifacts, and Embarcadero data models in alignment with SDM standards.
- Create and optimize queries and code in Oracle using PL/SQL.
- Communicate technical and non-technical information clearly and effectively.
- Meet project deadlines and perform assigned duties independently.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Informatica development.
- Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with Informatica Cloud.
- Proficiency in Unix Shell scripting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise data warehouse environments and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Embarcadero or similar data modeling tools.
- Exposure to performance tuning and optimization techniques.
