What do we seek?
We're seeking a
Sales Manager
to join an award-winning hotel, with a primary focus on driving revenue within the events and banquets segment specifically supporting and selling audio-visual solutions. This role is responsible for generating top-line revenue by developing new business and expanding existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored event and audio-visual solutions based on client needs
Negotiate contracts and successfully close business to meet or exceed targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including assisting with event servicing as needed
Participate in Revenue Management discussions and contribute to overall hotel strategy
Monitor sales performance and continuously refine approaches to improve results
Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain a collaborative, team-oriented approach across all hotel departments
Represent the hotel with professionalism, maintaining a polished and business-appropriate appearance at all times
