Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Telesales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with a passion for client handling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our advertising services

Generate leads, follow up regularly, and maintain client relationships

Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers

Maintain data records, call logs, and daily reporting

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for campaign execution

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Graduation (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / BDE

Strong verbal communication in Hindi/Punjabi (Basic English required)

Excellent convincing and negotiation skills

Target-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently

Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel preferred

Salary
₹13,000 — ₹20,000 per month (Fixed Salary based on experience); attractive incentives (performance-based).
