Your mission in the Advertising team:
TouchTunes is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Programmatic Sales to lead and accelerate the growth of our programmatic DOOH business. This role will own revenue strategy and execution across key agency, platform, and trading desk partnerships - driving adoption, deepening relationships, and positioning TouchTunes as a premium, data-driven leader in the programmatic marketplace.
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who brings deep programmatic expertise, a strong network across agencies and platforms, and a proven ability to translate opportunity into scalable revenue. You'll also serve as a subject matter expert and internal champion, partnering cross-functionally to elevate our offering and deliver best-in-class campaign performance.
Your day-to-day:
Revenue Strategy & Execution
Lead all programmatic DOOH revenue for assigned agencies and strategic partners-independent, holding groups, platforms, and trading desks.
Build, manage, and advance a robust sales pipeline; consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals across programmatic DOOH, expanding market share.
Partnership & Agency Leadership
Serve as the principal programmatic DOOH expert for agency and platform partners, driving education, adoption, and strategic investment.
Lead premium product positioning in collaborative RFPs, client presentations, and value propositions.
Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships that position TouchTunes' audiences as a critical component within integrated and omnichannel media strategies.
Go-to-Market & Commercial Strategy
Develop and evolve strategic sales playbooks for programmatic DOOH that optimize pricing, packaging, and monetization; including but not limited to TouchTunes' unique assets in mobile and other product line extensions.
Partner with product and analytics teams to translate audience insights, targeting capabilities, and data signals into compelling commercial value.
Track competitive trends, benchmark performance metrics, and align sales strategy with marketplace evolution.
Provide market feedback and insights to inform product roadmaps, inventory innovation, and platform integrations.
Act as a programmatic evangelist within the organization, elevating DOOH literacy and sales readiness.
Your profile:
5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong track record in sales, revenue growth, or account leadership (DOOH experience strongly preferred)
Deep expertise in programmatic ecosystems, ad tech workflows, and DOOH supply, planning, and measurement (omnichannel experience a plus)
Proven ability to own and deliver against revenue targets while navigating complex sales cycles and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable, revenue-driving insights
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across agencies, brands, and internal teams
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A consistent track record of embodying company values through leadership, collaboration, and accountability

Pay:
The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$170,000 USD. This role is eligible for commission-based earnings in addition to the base salary.
