POSITION SUMMARY AND EXPECTATIONS
In the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including lead generation campaigns and marketing materials that drive the sales process. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives in a fast‑paced environment.
A key focus of this role will be supporting the coordination and execution of a website redesign and platform modernization initiative. You will act as a central point of contact across internal stakeholders and external partners, helping drive alignment and progress throughout the project. Following launch, you will take ownership of ongoing website content, structure, and continuous improvement to ensure the site remains effective, user‑friendly, and scalable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the planning and execution of a full website redesign and platform migration, including:
Partnering with an external design/development agency that leads UX, design, and technical implementation, while driving internal alignment, feedback, and project execution
Serving as the primary marketing point of contact for the website project, ensuring alignment across internal teams
Supporting the definition of site structure, navigation, and content organization to improve usability and overall user experience
Structuring and organizing website content (products, technical resources, and documents) to improve usability, clarity, and searchability
Ongoing Website Management and Optimization
Own ongoing website content, structure, and updates post‑launch to ensure continuous improvement
Write and update website content with a strong emphasis on SEO and modern search optimization, including natural language and AI‑powered search
Analyze and interpret website performance data (e.g., Google Analytics) to provide insights into traffic, user behavior, and engagement patterns.
Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including:
Researching and compiling audience segments
Maintaining data integrity in CRM and marketing automation platforms
Designing email templates and calls‑to‑action
Distributing campaigns using automation tools
Tracking and analyzing campaign performance
Partner closely with Product Management to maintain and update product information across the website and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current offerings
Coordinate cross‑functional efforts related to new product launches, working with Product Management and Sales to support successful go‑to‑market execution
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
5‑8 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to website management, redesigns, or digital experience improvements preferred
Strong understanding of SEO principles and evolving search practices, including content structure, natural language queries, and AI‑powered search
Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation platforms, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices
Well‑organized, detail‑oriented self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with website content management systems (CMS) for content updates and maintenance
Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $60K - $66K
Status: Non‑Exempt
