Now Hiring: Business Development & Marketing Manager (Construction)
Location: South Florida
Compensation: $95K–$130K
We are working with a growing construction firm looking to add a Business Development and Marketing Manager to their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the construction or AEC industry who can support both client development and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Engineers, Developers, and Owners
- Identify and track new opportunities (RFPs/RFQs)
- Manage and develop a sales pipeline
- Support proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Participate in industry events, pre-bids, and client meetings
- Collaborate with leadership on pursuit strategy and go
o-go decisions
Marketing Support
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Manage and maintain CRM data and reporting
- Support campaigns, branding, and content initiatives
- Work closely with leadership on marketing strategy
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development/marketing within construction or AEC
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
